Taking a regional distributed energy system as the research object, develops a demand-side load analysis model with the regional building mixing ratio as the characteristic parameter and a supply-side analytical model considering the partial load characteristics. Proposes an evaluation index of energy efficiency and emission reduction. According to the numerical analysis of different regional space combinations of office, commercial and residential buildings, the results show that there exist optimal mixing ratios of regional buildings from the viewpoints of both energy saving and environment introduced by the regional distributed energy system. Taking into account the partial load characteristics of the system, for a regional complex with specific spatial structure, there is an optimal system capacity, which can realize the best energy and environmental performances for the regional distributed energy system.
